Why is Seamflow my favorite example Agentic AI start-up?
Because it solves the kind of workflow pain that makes people want to scream into a spreadsheet.

Seamflow is probably my favourite example of Agentic AI right now. Because it solves the kind of workflow pain that makes people want to scream into a spreadsheet.
Agentic AI is still early, but I think we are entering the second phase of the AI revolution: not just model capability, but adoption, deployment, and execution.
The first sectors to feel this properly will be the boring-but-painful ones: workflow-heavy, document-heavy, text/data-based, and full of fragmented procedures.
And TIC — testing, inspection, and certification — is exactly that.
For manufacturers, getting certified can be insanely confusing. You may not know which certificate you need, what documents are required, who to contact, how to coordinate availability, or whether your technical files are actually audit-ready. Even when you understand the process, you still have to chase multiple parties, manage timelines, review documents, and pray nothing gets lost in the compliance jungle. The whole procedure is just fragmented and messy.
This is where Seamflow gets interesting.
Instead of solving one tiny admin task, it supports the process end-to-end: intake, live tracking, reminders, monitoring dashboard, technical documentation review, and live support. Basically, it turns the path from “please certify this” to “final certificate issued” into something far less annoying, nerve-wracking, and painfully manual.
That is what I think good agentic AI should look like.
Not just a chatbot sitting nicely in the corner.
But a system that understands the workflow, moves things forward, flags what is missing, coordinates the next step, and makes a complicated process 10x easier to manage.
Seamflow has just come out of stealth, and I think it has a very strong opportunity to scale: more data, more workflows, more accessibility, and a much better experience for an industry that really needs less paperwork drama.
Agentic AI is cool.
Agentic AI that saves people from certification chaos? Even better.
