YOGa Raises ₹20 Crore for Clean Air

Indoor air quality is becoming a health, productivity and infrastructure issue, especially in dense cities.

What happened

Indian clean-air startup YOGa Clean Air raised ₹20 crore, roughly $2.1M, in a Series A round led by Info Edge Ventures, with participation from Deepinder Goyal and others.

The company provides indoor clean-air systems for homes, schools, hospitals, offices and other spaces.

Why it matters

This is a smaller climate-tech item, but the market problem is real. Air pollution, extreme weather, wildfire smoke and urban density are making indoor environments a more important part of health and building infrastructure.

YOGa’s funding shows investor interest in practical climate-adaptation products, not only decarbonisation technologies.

The bigger picture

Climate tech is broadening from emissions reduction into resilience and adaptation. Built-environment startups that improve air, heat, water and energy conditions may become more important as climate stress becomes part of daily urban life.
