Wonderful Raises $550M for Enterprise AI OS
Wonderful raised $550M at a $5B valuation to build an enterprise operating layer for agents and workflows.

Enterprise AI is moving from point tools toward operating layers that coordinate work across the organisation.
What happened
Amsterdam-headquartered Wonderful raised a $550M Series C at a $5B valuation. The round was led by Insight Partners, with participation from Salesforce, Index Ventures, IVP, Vine Ventures, 9Yards and Bessemer.
The company describes its platform as an AI OS for enterprise work. It coordinates agents, workflows, AI-native applications, enterprise context, integrations and governed execution across teams.
Why it matters
The enterprise AI market is becoming crowded with assistants, copilots and workflow tools. Wonderful’s raise suggests investors are backing companies that can sit above those tools and act as the governed control layer.
That matters because enterprises do not just need models. They need permissioning, context, integrations, auditability and repeatable workflows that fit into existing systems.
The bigger picture
The next major software platform may not look like a single app. It may look like an orchestration layer that lets companies build, deploy and supervise AI agents across departments without losing control of data and process.
