WILDE raises $40M to scale protein snacks
S2G Investments provides $40 million for WILDE to expand production and develop more chicken-based snack products.

What happened
WILDE received a $40 million investment from S2G Investments to expand production, develop additional snack formats and strengthen its national distribution. The company makes chips and crackers using chicken breast, egg whites and bone broth.
Why it matters
Food products are difficult to scale because manufacturing, safety and retail distribution all require significant capital. WILDE’s vertically integrated, USDA-regulated production gives it more control over a process that differs from conventional grain-based snack manufacturing.
The bigger picture
Consumer investors are backing brands that combine a clear nutritional proposition with manufacturing advantages. WILDE recently opened a 130,000-square-foot Kentucky facility and reports significant retail reach. The next test is whether expanded capacity produces durable repeat demand rather than temporary enthusiasm for protein-focused products.
