Voxie reported 32% year-over-year revenue growth for the first half of 2026 and launched Voxie Intelligence, a new AI product line for franchise and multi-location brands.

The company says it now serves more than 18,000 franchise locations.

The new product uses data from more than one billion franchise customer messages to support intent and sentiment analysis, automated segmentation and recommendations.

The stronger signal is not simply that AI was added to messaging software.

Voxie already operates inside a specialised workflow where corporate brand control and local execution often conflict. Its distribution footprint and message history give it more context than a generic marketing assistant.
