Siena Raises $17M for Customer AI Agents
Siena has raised $17M to expand its customer-service AI into a broader agent platform with shared customer context.

Customer-service AI is becoming crowded, so Siena is moving beyond ticket resolution toward owning the context that multiple customer-facing agents use.
What happened
Siena raised a $17 million Series A to expand its AI customer-service platform. The company is developing an "Agent of Record" layer that can support customer interactions across support, shopping, social channels, voice and customer intelligence.
The idea is to preserve a shared understanding of a customer's history, purchases, returns and previous conversations rather than treating every interaction as isolated.
Why it matters
AI agents become more useful when they have consistent context. Without that, customers can be forced to repeat information across channels and agents may make decisions without understanding what has already happened.
A shared context layer could help brands coordinate multiple AI systems while maintaining continuity.
The bigger picture
Enterprise AI is moving from individual assistants toward systems of specialised agents. That creates a new infrastructure problem: memory, identity and shared state.
Siena is positioning itself in that layer for consumer brands, where customer context may become as important as the model generating the response.
