Shiplog Raises $1M for Customer Intelligence
Shiplog raised about $1M to build an AI customer-intelligence agent for B2B SaaS companies.

Customer success is becoming another workflow where AI agents may replace static dashboards.
What happened
Paris-based Shiplog raised about $1 million in pre-seed funding from Kima Ventures, Project Europe and others. Its AI agent, Ada, helps B2B SaaS companies personalise customer journeys, onboarding, product experiences and expansion workflows.
The round is small, so this is an early signal rather than a major financing event. But the theme is relevant: SaaS companies are trying to understand each customer more precisely and act faster across onboarding, retention and expansion.
Why it matters
Customer-success teams already have a lot of data: product usage, support tickets, CRM notes, billing history and onboarding status. The problem is turning that into timely action.
Shiplog is targeting that operational gap. If AI can help teams identify what each customer needs next, companies may improve retention and expansion without adding as much headcount.
The challenge is whether the agent can produce useful recommendations rather than generic engagement prompts.
The bigger picture
Enterprise AI is moving into the messy middle of software operations: not just sales, not just support, but lifecycle management.
The long-term opportunity is “segment of one” software, where each customer journey adapts based on behaviour and context. Shiplog is early, but it fits that broader shift from static SaaS playbooks to AI-driven customer operations.
