Serve Robotics launched Physical AI Services
Running a robot fleet creates problems that other robot builders are likely to encounter too.

Running a robot fleet creates problems that other robot builders are likely to encounter too.
What happened
Serve Robotics launched Physical AI Services, opening technology developed around its own operations to other companies. Its three offerings cover connectivity through Serve Link, data selection through Serve Data Curator, and a catalogue of real-world data for model training.
Bedrock Robotics is a launch customer. Serve continues operating its own robots alongside the new business.
Why it matters
Robotics teams need to keep machines connected and identify which observations are useful for improving their models. Buying those capabilities could let a team focus more effort on its particular application.
The bigger picture
Serve is testing whether infrastructure built for its fleet can become a repeatable product for others. Success will depend on how well the tools work across different machines and environments, and whether external customers keep using them.
