Ridgeline Raises $250M at $1.425B Valuation
Ridgeline has raised a $250 million Series E at a $1.425 billion valuation for its AI-native investment-management software platform.

Investment-management firms still rely on fragmented legacy systems across accounting, data and operations. Ridgeline has raised $250 million at a $1.425 billion valuation to replace more of that stack with one platform.
What happened
The Series E was led by founder and chairman Dave Duffield, with customers and affiliates including Motley Fool Ventures participating.
Ridgeline provides software for investment managers covering data, workflows and operations, with AI increasingly embedded across the platform.
Why it matters
Asset managers often run critical processes across multiple systems that were built decades apart.
Replacing those systems is difficult because the data is sensitive and operational continuity is essential, but the payoff can be significant if one platform reduces reconciliation and manual work.
The bigger picture
Enterprise fintech is moving toward integrated systems of record that can also support AI workflows.
Ridgeline is positioning itself as infrastructure rather than a narrow point solution. If it can become the operating layer for investment firms, the switching costs and customer relationships can be much stronger than those of standalone AI features.
