Resolutiion Raises $10.4M for Dispute AI
Resolutiion raises $10.4M to detect commercial disputes before they escalate into formal legal conflicts.

Resolutiion has raised $10.4 million to build AI software that identifies commercial disputes before they become full legal problems.
What happened
The London-based company monitors contracts, purchase orders, service-level agreements and operating data to flag inconsistencies and potential disputes. Investors include Cherry Ventures, LocalGlobe and Octopus Ventures.
Rather than focusing on legal research or drafting, Resolutiion sits upstream in the operational relationship between companies and counterparties.
Why it matters
Commercial disputes are expensive partly because problems are often discovered late, after contractual obligations have already diverged from operational reality. Detecting issues earlier could reduce legal costs and preserve supplier or customer relationships.
That makes the product especially relevant in complex sectors such as energy, defence, infrastructure and procurement.
The bigger picture
Legal AI is broadening beyond document review and copilots. The larger opportunity may include software that prevents legal work from being necessary at all by turning contracts into continuously monitored operational systems. Resolutiion is one example of that shift toward preventative legal infrastructure.
