Redfaire Secures €13M for ERP Cloud
Redfaire’s funding is a reminder that enterprise AI and cloud adoption still depend on the less glamorous ERP modernisation layer.

What happened
Ireland-based Redfaire secured a €13M minority investment from BGF. The company provides ERP, managed services and cloud support around enterprise applications including Oracle JD Edwards, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Oracle Fusion.
The investment is intended to support international expansion, service development and targeted acquisitions.
Why it matters
Redfaire is a “boring but necessary” enterprise software story. Many companies want AI, automation and cloud workflows, but their core systems still run on older ERP infrastructure. Without cleaning up that foundation, more advanced software projects can struggle.
ERP implementation and managed services are not as glamorous as AI agents, but they are often where enterprise transformation succeeds or fails.
The bigger picture
