Pstryk Raises €7M to Bring Dynamic Power Pricing to Poland

Electricity is not equally expensive—or equally clean—at every hour of the day. Pstryk wants households to respond to those changes automatically.

What happened

Pstryk secured a €7 million Series A led by Future Energy Ventures, with participation from Axpo, Montis VC and existing investors.

The Polish startup offers hourly electricity pricing and software that integrates household energy assets such as solar panels, batteries, electric vehicles and heat pumps.

Why it matters

Traditional electricity tariffs give consumers little reason to shift usage away from expensive peak periods. Dynamic pricing can reward households for charging vehicles, heating water or storing power when electricity is cheaper.

If coordinated at scale, that flexibility can reduce pressure on the grid and help absorb more intermittent renewable generation.

The challenge is usability. Most households do not want to watch power prices throughout the day, so the software must automate decisions without making energy use confusing or unpredictable.

The bigger picture

As energy systems become more decentralised, the home is turning into a small network of controllable power assets.

Pstryk is targeting Poland, where consumer energy-management models remain less developed than in several Western European markets. The round is modest, but the company sits at an important intersection of retail pricing, electrification and grid flexibility.
