Proaction raised $4.2 million from investors including GTMfund, Breakers, Aviso Ventures and Iowa InnoVenture, with continued support from Holman Growth Ventures and the Iowa Economic Development Authority.
The company is building an AI-native fleet-management platform covering maintenance, claims, payments, compliance, rentals and other operational workflows.
Instead of offering another isolated software tool, Proaction is positioning itself as a modern alternative to legacy fleet-management services.
Why it matters
Fleet operators manage expensive physical assets where delays and administrative errors can quickly affect revenue. Yet many workflows still depend on manual coordination, phone calls and disconnected vendor systems.
