Physical Superintelligence launched with $58M in seed funding led by Breakthrough Energy Ventures. Dragon Global, Robot Ventures, Susa, SV Angel, Valkyrie and others also participated.
The company says it is building an AI-native physics lab using virtual physicists and higher-fidelity world models.
Why it matters
The credible signal is not that AI will instantly discover new laws of physics. The important point is that investors are backing tools that combine simulation, modelling and automated scientific reasoning.
If these systems work, they could support engineering design, materials discovery, climate technology and robotics by improving how teams model the physical world.
