Phononic Vibes raises €25M for lighter noise-control materials
Phononic Vibes secured €25 million to expand its acoustic-metamaterial products and international operations.

What happened
Phononic Vibes secured a €25 million financing led by Jolt Capital, with Eureka! Venture, CDP Venture Capital and Simest participating. The transaction includes the acquisition of 360 Capital's existing stake and will support international expansion, new applications and targeted acquisitions.
Why it matters
The company designs acoustic metamaterials intended to deliver comparable noise control with less weight. Its products have reached commercial use in rail and automotive applications, providing evidence beyond laboratory development.
The bigger picture
Because the transaction includes a secondary component, the full €25 million should not be described automatically as new operating capital. The next test is whether the company can scale across additional infrastructure and industrial markets.
