Perficient and Gradial push AI agents into enterprise marketing operations
The partnership combines agentic marketing software with enterprise implementation capacity to automate workflows across existing content and analytics systems.

Enterprise agents are moving from isolated copilots toward orchestration across complex software stacks.
What happened
Perficient and Gradial announced a co-innovation partnership to deploy agentic marketing systems for large enterprises.
Gradial’s agents are designed to work across existing CMS, digital-experience, asset-management and analytics systems, handling tasks such as authoring, activation, quality assurance and optimisation.
Perficient also created a dedicated Gradial Center of Excellence and says it has implemented the platform on its own website.
Why it matters
Marketing operations are highly fragmented across tools, approval chains and content systems.
An agent that can act across those environments is more strategically significant than a standalone writing assistant.
The partnership also suggests a likely enterprise model: combine an agent platform with a large implementation partner capable of redesigning workflows around it.
The bigger picture
Agent adoption is becoming a systems-integration problem.
The winners may be platforms that can operate across existing enterprise software while working with services partners that understand organisational change. Perficient and Gradial are testing that combination.
