Ours Privacy Raises $15M for Healthcare Data
Ours Privacy’s Series A highlights growing demand for healthcare marketing infrastructure that can handle sensitive patient data safely.

Healthcare companies are under pressure to grow like consumer businesses, but they cannot treat patient data like ordinary marketing data.
What happened
Ours Privacy raised a $15M Series A led by Lightbank and Health Velocity Capital. Existing backers including Rock Health, Lakehouse, TMV, Switch Ventures, Starfire Ventures and GreyMatter also participated.
The company builds a HIPAA-compliant customer data platform for healthcare marketers. The goal is to help healthcare organisations manage patient journeys, campaigns and growth workflows without relying on generic consumer-marketing tools that may not fit healthcare privacy requirements.
Why it matters
This sits in a practical but important healthtech niche. Healthcare providers and digital health companies still need acquisition, retention and communication tools, but privacy expectations are much higher than in ecommerce or consumer apps.
That creates room for vertical software built specifically around healthcare data governance.
The bigger picture
As healthcare becomes more digital, the infrastructure around consent, identity, analytics and marketing compliance becomes more valuable. Ours is part of a broader shift from generic SaaS toward regulated, industry-specific data platforms.
