Offe Market Raises $3M for Off-Price Retail
Offe Market closes a $3 million seed round to expand a marketplace for excess fashion and lifestyle inventory and develop personalised discovery tools.

Retailers often end up with perfectly usable stock that no longer fits the current season or assortment. Offe Market is building a consumer marketplace around that inventory.
What happened
Los Angeles-based Offe Market announced a $3 million seed round led by Slauson & Co., with InvestTN and Baukunst participating. The deal brings disclosed funding to approximately $4.3 million.
The company sells discounted fashion, beauty and lifestyle products sourced from excess brand inventory. It plans to improve pricing, product discovery and customer personalisation using data and AI, while expanding operations.
Its existing business includes online commerce and a physical presence. Reported growth and customer metrics are company claims and should not be taken as audited proof of long-term unit economics.
Why it matters
Excess stock is costly for brands, and conventional liquidation channels can weaken pricing control or provide little customer insight. A curated marketplace may help brands recover more value while giving shoppers access to discounted products.
Offe must balance inventory quality, changing supply, consumer acquisition costs, returns and margins. AI-driven recommendations may improve discovery but do not remove those underlying retail challenges.
The bigger picture
Venture investment in consumer commerce increasingly combines traditional marketplace economics with software-driven pricing and distribution. Offe's opportunity is to make fragmented inventory more valuable, rather than to invent an entirely new AI model.
