Oddpool Joins Kalshi for Prediction Data
Oddpool joined Kalshi after raising seed funding for prediction-market data infrastructure.

Prediction markets are starting to need the same data infrastructure as more mature financial markets.
What happened
Oddpool, a prediction-market data infrastructure startup, joined Kalshi after raising a $3M seed round. The company has focused on structured data tooling for prediction markets, including market data that can support institutional-grade analysis and distribution.
The transaction adds a picks-and-shovels layer to Kalshi’s regulated event-contract platform.
Why it matters
As prediction markets grow, the ecosystem needs more than front-end trading apps. It needs reliable pricing feeds, analytics, data licensing, risk tools and compliance-aware infrastructure.
Oddpool’s move suggests prediction markets are evolving from niche internet betting-style products into a more formal financial-data category.
The bigger picture
Fintech infrastructure often forms around markets once liquidity and institutional interest rise. If event contracts keep growing, the valuable layers may include not only exchanges but also the data, tooling and analytics that make those markets usable for larger customers.
