Nouscom Raises €120M to Advance Cancer-Interception Therapy
The biotech will use its oversubscribed Series D to move NOUS-209 into a global registration-enabling trial for people with Lynch syndrome.

Nouscom has closed an oversubscribed €120 million Series D to advance its lead cancer-interception therapy, NOUS-209.
What happened
The financing was co-led by M Ventures and Revelation Partners, with new and existing investors participating. Nouscom plans to move NOUS-209 into a global registration-enabling clinical trial for people with Lynch syndrome, an inherited condition that raises the risk of several cancers.
Why it matters
Most cancer treatments begin after a tumour has developed. Nouscom is pursuing an earlier intervention: training the immune system to recognise shared tumour signals in people with a high genetic risk before cancer progresses.
The bigger picture
The round reflects growing interest in cancer interception, where diagnostics, genetics and immunotherapy meet. Clinical results will determine whether this approach can move preventive oncology from a promising idea into routine care.
