Noetive Emerges With $41M for Physical AI
Noetive has emerged from stealth with a $41 million seed round to build AI for manufacturing, logistics and other physical operations.

Noetive has emerged from stealth with $41 million to build AI for physical operations rather than purely digital workflows.
What happened
The seed round was led by Eclipse, with participation from Craft Ventures, The Westly Group, Gigascale Capital and others.
The company was founded by former Meta GenAI executive Amir Frenkel and former Netlify product executive Dan Barak.
Noetive is developing systems intended to reason across machinery, labour, inventory and existing enterprise software in industries such as manufacturing, logistics and energy.
Why it matters
Many physical industries already collect large amounts of operational data but still rely on manual coordination.
AI that can understand how machines, people and inventory interact could improve scheduling, maintenance and decision-making without requiring fully autonomous robots.
The bigger picture
Physical AI is broader than robotics.
A large market may emerge around software that coordinates real-world systems while humans and existing equipment continue doing most of the physical work. Noetive is betting that intelligence layer can become a major enterprise software category.
