London fintech Noah has completed a $38 million cumulative seed financing to connect conventional payments with stablecoin settlement systems.
What happened
Noah announced a $16 million extension to earlier seed financing, bringing the total to $38 million. Investors in the additional raise included Endeit Capital, FJ Labs, LocalGlobe and Felix Capital. Its APIs help businesses accept, convert and transfer funds between traditional currencies and stablecoin networks, with a focus on international payments. The company reports operating across numerous markets and currencies. The distinction matters: the announcement was for an additional $16 million, not a brand-new $38 million investment in one tranche.
Why it matters
Moving value on a blockchain can be fast, but businesses still need bank connections, local payouts, compliance checks and accounting integration. That infrastructure is often more difficult to build than the transfer itself. Noah is positioning itself as a service layer that makes different payment rails usable without customers managing every technical or regulatory requirement.
The bigger picture
Stablecoins are shifting toward business payment use cases, but providers compete with established banks, payment processors and newer fintech platforms. Sustainable adoption depends on costs, reliable off-ramps, market access and regulatory controls. A large seed round demonstrates interest, not proof that stablecoins are universally the best cross-border solution.
