Nauta Targets Series A for Supply Chain AI

Nauta closed an undisclosed strategic round and is targeting a $20M–$30M Series A for logistics orchestration and supply-chain payments.

Nauta Targets Series A for Supply Chain AI

Supply-chain software is becoming more workflow-heavy, financial and AI-enabled.

What happened

Logistics orchestration startup Nauta closed a strategic round led by BMW i Ventures, Bosch Ventures, Hitachi Ventures and Yamaha Motor Ventures.

The current round size was not disclosed. The company is now targeting a $20M–$30M Series A, so the clean framing is that Nauta is preparing for a larger financing rather than announcing a closed major round.

Why it matters

Nauta started around container tracking and shipping communications, but it is moving further into supply-chain payments and orchestration.

That matters because logistics workflows are fragmented across carriers, forwarders, shippers and finance teams. AI and automation can be most useful when they sit across the full workflow rather than only tracking one shipment.

The bigger picture

Enterprise AI adoption is likely to be strongest in messy, document-heavy, multi-party workflows.

Supply chains fit that description perfectly. Nauta’s strategic investor base suggests industrial and mobility players are looking for software that can make logistics more visible, automated and financially connected.
