MIND Raises $72M for AI Data Security

MIND has raised a new growth round as enterprise security teams confront a familiar problem in a much more complicated form: stopping sensitive data from leaking through AI-powered workflows.

What happened

The company raised a $72 million Series B led by Crosspoint Capital Partners, with YL Ventures and Paladin Capital Group participating. Total funding has reached $112 million.

MIND develops AI-native data-loss-prevention software across generative AI tools, agentic systems, endpoints and other enterprise environments.

Why it matters

Traditional data-loss-prevention systems were designed around relatively predictable user actions, applications and file movements. AI agents can create many more paths for sensitive information to be accessed, transformed or transferred.

That creates an opening for security companies to rebuild an established product category around autonomous systems rather than simply add an AI assistant to older software.

The bigger picture

The spread of enterprise agents is producing a parallel market for control layers around identity, permissions, data access and monitoring. As companies give software more autonomy, the ability to understand exactly what information those systems can reach becomes a core security requirement. MIND's funding is another sign that agent adoption and agent security are likely to grow together.
