Metaview Raises $60M for Agentic Recruiting
Metaview has raised a $60 million Series C to expand from interview intelligence into agentic recruiting workflows.

Metaview has raised a new round as recruiting software shifts from summarising interviews toward agents that can execute more of the hiring workflow.
What happened
The company raised a $60 million Series C led by Insight Partners, with participation from GV, Intrepid Growth Partners, Seedcamp, Vertex Ventures US, Plural and Garuda Ventures.
Total funding now stands at $110 million.
Metaview has expanded from interview intelligence into an agentic recruiting platform whose systems can source candidates, review applications, conduct screening conversations and manage outreach.
Why it matters
Recruiting is a natural agent workflow because it combines repetitive research, communication and coordination with human judgment.
AI can automate candidate discovery and early-stage screening, but hiring decisions still require context, cultural assessment and accountability.
That makes recruiting a useful example of where agents may take over process execution without replacing the final decision-maker.
The bigger picture
Enterprise software is moving from systems that organise information toward systems that actively perform work.
Recruiting is one of the clearest examples because the workflow is fragmented across sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems, email and interview software.
If Metaview can coordinate those steps reliably, it moves from being a productivity tool into a more central operating layer for hiring teams.
