Bay Area Lyme Ventures invested in LymeLess Health, an AI-powered digital health company focused on Lyme and tick-borne disease patients. The investment amount was not disclosed.

The announcement also coincided with the launch of LymeLess’ patient app powered by Ella, an AI health companion designed to help users manage information, symptoms and care navigation related to Lyme and tick-borne disease.

Why it matters

Complex chronic conditions often leave patients coordinating records, symptoms, appointments and questions across fragmented care pathways. An AI companion can be useful if it helps organise information and supports better communication with clinicians.
