IVEX raises €5M as autonomous driving needs better testing
IVEX raised €5 million to scale AI-powered safety testing for advanced driver-assistance and autonomous-driving systems.

Autonomous driving needs more than better perception models. It also needs reliable ways to prove those systems behave safely.
What happened
KU Leuven spinout IVEX raised a €5 million Series A to expand its automotive safety-testing platform internationally. Its technology analyses sensor, camera and vehicle data used to validate ADAS and autonomous-driving systems.
Why it matters
Testing and validation are becoming their own infrastructure layer as vehicles rely more heavily on software and machine learning.
The bigger picture
The autonomy market is creating opportunities not only for vehicle and robot developers, but also for companies building the tooling required to certify, monitor and continuously validate those systems.
