IAIG raises €5.2M for AI-native SaaS
Inevitable AI Group raised €5.2M to build an AI-native venture studio for software businesses.

AI may not just change what software companies sell. It may also change how many of them get built in the first place.
What happened
Inevitable AI Group raised a €5.2M pre-seed round led by Aleph.
The company is an AI-native venture studio that plans to build multiple software businesses using small teams and shared infrastructure. Instead of backing one narrow product, it is betting that AI can make company creation faster, cheaper and more repeatable across vertical SaaS markets.
Why it matters
The traditional startup model assumes that each company needs its own full team, product process, operations stack and go-to-market setup. AI-native studios challenge that assumption.
If software-building costs fall, one studio may be able to test more products, launch more vertical tools and kill weak ideas faster. That could create a new kind of company factory: smaller teams, more automation and shared infrastructure across several bets.
The bigger picture
The bigger question is whether AI makes startups more scalable or just easier to start. IAIG is a useful signal because it sits at the company-formation layer, not just the product layer. If the model works, venture studios could become much more aggressive in narrow enterprise software categories.
