HiringCafe Raises $6.8M for AI Job Search
HiringCafe raises pre-seed funding and launches an AI Talent Agent for continuous job search.

HiringCafe is applying agentic AI to job search, a workflow where continuous monitoring may be more useful than one-off search results.
What happened
The company raised $6.8 million in pre-seed funding led by Spark Capital.
It also launched its AI Talent Agent publicly in the US. The agent continuously searches HiringCafe's index of more than five million jobs and flags roles that match a user's profile.
HiringCafe says it has surpassed two million monthly users without paid marketing.
Why it matters
Job search is a strong use case for agents because the underlying data changes constantly.
A useful agent can monitor new roles, compare them against a person's preferences and reduce the repeated manual work of checking job boards.
HiringCafe is also challenging job-board economics by indexing employer listings directly rather than relying primarily on sponsored listings.
The bigger picture
Consumer agents may gain traction first in tasks where persistence matters.
Instead of answering one prompt, the agent watches a market, filters noise and returns timely opportunities. Job search fits that pattern, alongside travel, shopping and personal finance.
