HiddenLayer Raises $100M for AI Security
HiddenLayer raised $100M to secure generative, agentic and predictive AI systems.

As AI moves into production, the security perimeter is shifting from apps and APIs into models, prompts, tools and data pipelines.
What happened
HiddenLayer raised a $100M Series B led by Delta-v Capital, with participation from Ten Eleven Ventures, Morgan Stanley, M12 and Booz Allen Ventures.
The company secures agentic, generative and predictive AI applications across discovery, AI supply-chain security, attack simulation and runtime protection.
Why it matters
AI systems introduce risks that traditional cybersecurity tools were not designed to monitor. Models can be manipulated through prompts, poisoned through data, exposed through supply chains or misused through connected tools.
HiddenLayer’s round shows that AI security is becoming a standalone category, not just a feature inside broader cloud security platforms.
The bigger picture
Enterprises are moving quickly from AI experimentation into production deployments. That creates a new market for tools that understand model behaviour, agent permissions, runtime context and AI-specific attack paths. Security may become one of the most important enablers of enterprise AI adoption.
