HeyDiga raises €5.5M for vertical voice AI
HeyDiga raised a €5.5M seed round to build voice agents around the workflows of service businesses rather than a single generic assistant.

Voice AI is becoming less about impressive demos and more about whether an agent understands the workflow of a specific business.
What happened
HeyDiga raised a €5.5M seed round led by 6 Degrees Capital, with Kfund, Italian Founders Fund, Decelera and angel investors participating. The startup builds voice agents for service businesses including clinics, restaurants, garages, beauty businesses and real estate companies.
Why it matters
Those industries rely heavily on phone calls for booking, qualification and customer service. A specialised agent can be more useful than a generic voice model if it understands sector vocabulary, appointment logic and the software integrations needed to complete a task.
The bigger picture
The application layer of AI may fragment by workflow rather than by model. As foundation models become commoditised, vertical context, integrations and distribution increasingly determine whether an AI agent produces measurable business value.
