Google and Accenture bet on hands-on AI deployment
Google Cloud and Accenture have formed a dedicated business group to help companies implement Gemini and other AI tools directly inside enterprise workflows.

Enterprise AI’s bottleneck is shifting from access to models toward the harder work of implementation.
What happened
Google Cloud and Accenture formed the Accenture Gemini Enterprise Business Group, which will deploy engineers and specialists into companies to help implement Google’s AI products. The move follows a broader push by major AI and cloud providers toward hands-on enterprise deployment.
Why it matters
Many companies can buy access to powerful models but still struggle to connect them to internal systems, governance processes and real workflows. Implementation support can therefore become as important as model capability when turning AI budgets into measurable outcomes.
The bigger picture
Frontier AI is starting to look partly like enterprise consulting. The largest providers are building forward-deployed teams because winning the enterprise market increasingly depends on integration, change management and workflow redesign — not just APIs.
