ETFBOOK Raises $13M for ETF Data Infrastructure

ETFBOOK has raised $13 million to expand its data and analytics infrastructure for the global exchange-traded fund market.

ETFBOOK Raises $13M for ETF Data Infrastructure

The ETF market has grown rapidly, but the underlying data remains fragmented across exchanges, issuers and service providers. ETFBOOK has raised $13 million to build a more standardised data layer.

What happened

The round was led by Expedition Growth Capital, with BlackFin Capital Partners participating.

ETFBOOK provides data and analytics used by issuers, fund administrators, market makers and asset managers. The company plans to expand further in the US and Asia-Pacific.

Why it matters

Financial products may look simple to investors while requiring complex reference data, holdings information, pricing and operational feeds behind the scenes.

Standardising that information makes it easier for institutions to automate workflows and integrate ETF data into trading, risk and reporting systems.

The bigger picture

As financial firms adopt more AI and automation, clean structured data becomes increasingly valuable.

ETFBOOK is positioning itself as infrastructure rather than a front-end analytics product. That can make the business more embedded and defensible if customers rely on its data throughout multiple operational systems.
