EnforceShield Raises €1.7M for Autonomous IP Enforcement
EnforceShield has raised €1.7 million to automate the detection, legal assessment and takedown of online intellectual-property violations.

Generative AI is making it cheaper to create fake listings, copied content and other forms of intellectual-property abuse at scale. EnforceShield has raised €1.7 million to automate the enforcement response.
What happened
The Vilnius-based company's seed round was led by Vendep Capital, with FIRSTPICK VC participating.
EnforceShield's platform detects potential IP violations, applies jurisdiction-specific legal logic, submits takedown requests and monitors whether infringement returns. Human reviewers are intended to focus on exceptions rather than process every case manually.
Why it matters
Traditional brand-protection systems often identify suspicious content but still leave legal teams to investigate and pursue each case.
As AI-generated infringement grows in volume, detection alone may no longer be enough. Automating the full enforcement workflow could make it economically viable to respond to much larger numbers of violations.
The bigger picture
Legaltech is moving from drafting and research into agentic execution. That creates more value, but also raises the stakes: an automated system taking legal action needs strong evidence, jurisdiction awareness and clear oversight.
EnforceShield's early funding is small relative to larger legal-AI rounds, but the product direction shows how generative AI may produce demand for equally automated compliance and enforcement systems on the other side.
