Duvo Raises $32M for Enterprise AI Automation

Duvo has raised $32 million to automate business processes by learning how employees actually work across ERP systems, spreadsheets, email and supplier portals.

What happened

The Series A was led by Balderton Capital with participation from Index Ventures, Northzone and Credo Ventures, bringing total funding to $48 million. Duvo was co-founded by Rohlik entrepreneur Tomáš Čupr. Its software learns workflows from AI interviews, screen recordings and documents, including undocumented exceptions and manual steps. It then builds automations that operate across existing enterprise systems. Duvo reports customers including Morrisons, Holland & Barrett, Notino and Allegro and claims more than $100 million in customer value generated; that figure is company-reported and not independently verified.

Why it matters

A major obstacle to enterprise automation is that critical knowledge often lives in employees' heads rather than formal process documents. Traditional integration projects can require significant consulting and engineering effort. Duvo is trying to automate both process discovery and execution, reducing the cost of deployment.

The bigger picture

The enterprise-agent market is shifting from generic copilots toward systems that take responsibility for real workflows. Duvo's commercial advantage will depend on how safely and accurately it handles exceptions, permissions and legacy systems without requiring heavy implementation work.
