CyberKord raises €2.7m to automate IT and security remediation
Spotting a security problem is only the start. Someone still has to investigate and fix it.

What happened
Milan-based CyberKord has raised €2.7 million in pre-seed funding, led by 360 Capital, with participation from Plus Partners, Addendum Capital and Vento.
The company is developing an AI platform intended to investigate IT and cybersecurity issues, simulate possible fixes and carry out corrective actions. It plans to use the funding for product development, hiring and initial pilots with large European businesses.
Why it matters
Alerts and support tickets can generate substantial manual work. A system that helps resolve the underlying issue could be useful beyond another detection dashboard, provided it operates reliably.
The bigger picture
Giving software permission to change live infrastructure raises the bar for oversight. CyberKord describes configurable autonomy and recorded actions. Its planned pilots will need to demonstrate whether those controls and proposed fixes work in customer environments.
