Cellbox completes €5M Series A for biological logistics
Cellbox Solutions has completed its Series A at €5 million to expand controlled logistics for living biological materials.

What happened
Cellbox Solutions has completed the final closing of its Series A, bringing the total round to €5 million. Approximately €3.5 million of that total was announced in March, so the €5 million is not entirely new capital.
The company's portable incubators maintain controlled temperature and carbon-dioxide conditions while living cells, tissues and organoids are transported.
Why it matters
Advanced therapies and biological research depend on sensitive materials arriving alive and stable. Transport therefore becomes part of the technical infrastructure supporting clinical development and commercialization.
The bigger picture
Cellbox plans to expand from equipment into integrated logistics and recurring services, potentially creating longer-term customer relationships.
