Bites raises $40 million for AI-assisted frontline training
PeakSpan Capital led the Series A, taking total funding to $55 million as Bites plans US expansion and further product development.

Training has to reach employees who may rarely open a company learning portal. Bites distributes short workplace lessons through channels people already use.
What happened
On 29 October, Bites announced a $40 million Series A led by PeakSpan Capital, bringing total funding to $55 million. Existing investors including Vertex Ventures, Horizon Capital, Rittenhouse Ventures and Lyra Ventures participated.
Its platform delivers short training through messaging and collaboration channels. The company plans to use the financing for US expansion and further development, including connecting training activity with business performance.
Why it matters
Reaching workers in a familiar channel can reduce the friction of accessing training. Employers still need to know whether the content changes behaviour, improves service or reduces errors.
That makes completion metrics useful but insufficient. The stronger evidence connects learning with relevant operational outcomes.
The bigger picture
The commercial opportunity lies in making training part of everyday work. Bites will need to demonstrate useful results across different customers while keeping content accurate, current and appropriate to each employer’s procedures.
