BidScript tops $1M for AI tender workflows
BidScript raised $800K in its latest round, bringing total pre-seed funding above $1M for its AI-native tender management platform.

Tendering is one of those boring-looking workflows where better software can create very real business value.
What happened
University-founded BidScript raised $800K in its latest round, bringing total pre-seed funding to more than $1M.
The company builds an AI-native tender management platform that helps businesses find, manage and submit bids for public and private-sector contracts. The round included follow-on investment from NPIF II – PXN Equity Finance and new investment from SFC Capital.
Why it matters
Public and enterprise procurement can be document-heavy, deadline-driven and compliance-sensitive. For smaller companies, the tender process can be difficult to navigate, even when they are qualified for the work.
BidScript is applying AI to a specific workflow where generic chatbots are not enough. The product needs to understand bid discovery, submission requirements, document assembly and the operational pressure around contracts.
The bigger picture
AI workflow software is becoming strongest when it targets narrow, painful business processes. Tender management is not glamorous, but it affects access to revenue.
BidScript’s round points to a wider trend: AI startups are moving into the administrative machinery of business, where better tools can help companies compete for contracts more efficiently.
