What happened
Arm reported $1.44 billion in fiscal second-quarter revenue, up 27% year on year, for the period ended 30 September 2026.
Licensing and other revenue reached $773 million, up 50%, while royalties reached $670 million. Arm also said data-centre royalties doubled year on year. These results were announced on 4 November.
Why it matters
Licensing and royalties reflect different parts of the business: customers commit to technology, and shipped products subsequently generate royalties. Tracking both helps explain how demand flows through Arm's model.
The bigger picture
These are company-wide results, not a separately disclosed AI-revenue figure. The data-centre detail adds context to the growth, while future silicon deliveries and revenue targets remain distinct from earnings already recorded.
