Arke raises €1M for resilient drone communications
ACT Venture Partners backs Arke Telekom’s resilient radio and mesh communications technology with €1 million.

What happened
Arke Telekom raised €1 million from ACT Venture Partners for ArkeLink, its software-defined radio and self-forming mesh communications system for unmanned aircraft. The company has also been selected for NATO’s DIANA innovation programme.
Why it matters
Military and emergency drones may need to operate where satellite navigation is disrupted and radio links are jammed. A mesh network can allow aircraft to relay information through one another rather than depending on a single connection, improving range and reducing the impact of an individual failure.
The bigger picture
Recent conflicts have made communications and electronic warfare central to drone development. Investment is moving beyond airframes towards networking, navigation and autonomy. The round is small, but Arke is addressing a strategic problem and must now show that its network remains reliable under real interference and changing conditions.
