ARC raises €4M for AI-native finance operations
ARC Intelligence is building an AI-native control layer across ERP, CRM and finance systems, targeting the fragmented workflows behind corporate decision-making.

Enterprise AI may create more value by connecting existing systems than by trying to replace them outright.
What happened
Berlin-based ARC Intelligence raised a €4M seed round led by 42CAP, with 468 Capital and IBB Ventures also participating.
Its Finance OS connects ERP, CRM and other enterprise systems to give finance teams a real-time view of financial and operational data. The company says revenue has grown tenfold since its pre-seed and that its platform has supported more than 200,000 business decisions.
Why it matters
Finance teams often work across fragmented systems and still rely heavily on spreadsheets for reporting and analysis.
ARC is betting that an AI-native control layer can sit above incumbent software, connect operational data and reduce manual reconciliation without forcing companies to rip out core systems.
That is a more pragmatic enterprise-AI strategy than trying to replace established ERPs from day one.
The bigger picture
AI is creating a new software layer across legacy enterprise stacks.
The opportunity may be largest for companies that can make existing systems more connected, searchable and decision-ready. ARC’s round reflects a broader shift toward AI-native orchestration around the systems businesses already depend on.
