Appfire Adds AI Agents to Enterprise Workflows
Appfire launched LiveRisk, QueueZero and JMWE Advanced to bring AI-native risk, backlog and workflow automation into enterprise systems.

AI agents are increasingly being embedded into everyday enterprise operations rather than remaining standalone chat assistants.
What happened
Appfire launched three AI-native products: LiveRisk, QueueZero and JMWE Advanced. LiveRisk brings risk management, including cybersecurity risk, into Jira with AI assistance. QueueZero uses autonomous agents to reduce backlogged work. JMWE Advanced helps teams govern and scale workflow automation.
The products extend Appfire’s existing workflow and collaboration footprint into more agentic enterprise operations.
Why it matters
Enterprises already run large parts of their work through tools such as Jira. Adding AI agents inside those systems matters because it places automation where tasks, approvals, risks and backlogs already live.
The launch is not a single breakthrough product, but it is a useful signal that enterprise software vendors are turning AI into workflow execution infrastructure.
The bigger picture
The agentic enterprise may not arrive as one new platform. It may arrive through existing systems gradually adding agents that manage queues, flag risk, automate approvals and close operational gaps inside established workflows.
